Quick Apply Full-time 17 hours ago Full Job Description The HVAC Service Dispatcher works directly with the Service Manager to schedule, assign, and dispatch Service Technicians to meet customer service requests.
This position requires an excellent ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and provide excellent customer service.
Must be familiar with the surrounding areas and be customer oriented, reliable, accountable, professional, ambitious, and have a friendly positive attitude.
Experience in dispatching a plus but not required.
Job Duties and
Responsibilities:
Take incoming customer calls and direct to appropriate department Work directly with customers over the phone to schedule and coordinate their jobs Update customers throughout the day of any schedule changes Maintain customer database with current information Respond to all messages left overnight.
Web requests, voicemails, other emails Maintain the Service Technicians daily schedules to meet ongoing customer demand Communicate repair status and schedule return trips with customers when parts are in Process credit card payments Requirements:
The ability to multi-task Able to work independently with little supervision and to adapt to a fast-changing environment Experience in software programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Adobe Strong communication, problem solving and analytical skills required.
Excellent attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.
Excellent organizational skills.
Capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
